Your search will have priority over all other searches and it will be a comprehensive and continuous search until it is completed, providing periodic progress reports with our search activity and market feedback. Every qualified candidate will go through a very thorough qualification process to determine which are the best candidates based on skills, chemistry and motivation. We will do reference checks on the top candidates to get additional information about past work performance. Finally we will narrow down the list of potential candidates to the top two or three and will present their resumes to you along with a detailed analysis of their qualifications for your position.
