    We have a very thorough search process that starts with a
    clear  understanding of your company, it's culture, goals and
    challenges, and the specific requirements for the position.
    We will formulate a targeted marketing plan and use our
    resources to find the best candidates. Usually those are the
    people that are happy and doing well in their current positions;
    what we call passive candidates. Then we screen and qualify
    the candidates to understand their background and experience,
    and their motivations and goals. We will bring you only highly
    qualified candidates who we believe will fit into your corporate
    culture.  

    We will continue to work with you and the candidate throughout
    the entire interview process, providing feedback and guidance
    to get to the acceptance of an offer. We will work with the    
    candidate to help them resign their current position and assist
    with the relocation process if needed. Our goal is your complete

    and our assistance during the entire hiring process.

    This is the best type of search to use when you have a key
    position to fill or need to fill a position quickly.

    We will create a customized search plan utilizing a variety of  
    resources, to identify, attract and hire the best possible talent  
    for your organization. Your search will have priority over all other
    searches and it will be a comprehensive and continuous search
    until it is completed, providing periodic progress reports with our
    search activity and market feedback.

    Every qualified candidate will go through a very thorough
    qualification process to determine which are the best candidates
    based on skills, chemistry and motivation. We will do reference
    checks on the top candidates to get additional information about
    past work performance. Finally we will narrow down the list of
    potential candidates to the top two or three and will present
    their resumes to you along with a detailed analysis of their
    qualifications for your position. All candidates presented will be
    exclusive to you.

    We will extensively prepare both you and the candidate for all
    interviews and will work closely with you through the offer
    negotiation and acceptance process, and we assist the candidate
    through the resignation process and ensure a seamless transition
    into your organization.

    This search will utilize all of our available resources to identify
    and bring you qualified candidates for your position. We will
    present you with the resumes of all qualified candidates along  
    with highlights of their background showing why they are a fit
    for your position.

     We will prepare both you and the candidate for all interviews
     and will work closely with you through the offer negotiation and
     acceptance process, and we assist the candidate through the
     resignation process and ensure a seamless transition into your
     organization.
